In New York City
People pour like human rivers
from enormous banks

In Times Square at night
Ten thousand eyes look up
To words in bright lies

Beneath the city
Drop cheese on fishing lines
Not fishing -- "rat"ing

Traveling Sixth Ave.
In a taxi looking up
City swallows you

On ladies faces
Smile beneath a hidden mask
They secretly laugh

Peace to the Apple
